Venus is amazing — great, fantastic, and very caring. She takes charge and is extremely knowledgeable with hospice patients. When the family was buying supplies for her mother, Venus informed Hospice that they should be providing those medical supplies and gave them a list of what the patient needed. A close friend of my father-in-law, in her upper 80s, recently had knee-replacement surgery and needed care at home for the first 7–10 days. Two caregivers — one working days and the other nights — were arranged. Both were most professional, providing everything from assistance with bathing and toileting to help with meal preparation.
