Venus and Diane were fabulous. Venus, at the end of each shift each night, cleaned him up, cleaned the bed underneath him, powdered him, and made him comfortable and ready for the next shift. Very dedicated. Wonderful. Diane likewise was just wonderful and very dedicated.
AAA T.L.C. had provided great care for my husband’s mother and father for years, and I still wanted to give them a try. I could not be happier that I made this decision. Jody, the director, came with her director of nursing and sat with us to determine our specific needs. They were attentive and very comforting to my husband, who was a bit anxious. They sent Angie over to take care of him for the afternoon while I was away. She was perfect — she did everything we asked, was sweet and attentive, and made my husband feel very confident and relaxed in my absence. Jody spoke with me by phone both before and after the visit to make sure we were happy. I will definitely continue to use AAA T.L.C. as time goes by and we require more and more help. Sometimes there is more to the story than a few critical comments. Give these folks a chance — you’ll be as happy with them as I am.
From the perspective of a customer, I give AAA T.L.C. the highest rating because on several occasions they came through for me with highly qualified night-shift caregivers when my regular daytime agency could not. For example, one afternoon I was on my own with my 94-year-old mother and suddenly realized I could not handle the situation overnight without help. I called AAA at 4:59 pm. I later learned that they had contacted a qualified caregiver within ten minutes. She showed up right on time and did an outstanding job. I was extremely relieved and grateful. How can I give anything but five stars?
