We lend a helping hand with their daily routines, accommodate their unique needs and preferences, and ensure they can live as independently as possible. The caregivers coordinate meaningful activities, such as board games, arts and crafts, if that is what they like to do, read to them if they like and discuss the material, keep them involved and treat them with compassion and respect.

Venus and Diane were fabulous. Venus at the end of the shift each night, cleaned him up, cleaned the bed underneath him, and then powdered him, and made him comfortable and ready for the next shift. Very dedicated. Wonderful.

Jody, the director came with her director of nursing and sat with us to determine our specific needs. They were attentive and very comforting to my husband who was a bit anxious. She did everything that we asked of her, was sweet, attentive and made my Hubby feel very confident and relaxed in my absence. For example, one afternoon, on my own with my 94-year-old mother for the day and night, I suddenly realized I could not handle the situation overnight without help. I called AAA at 4:59pm. I later learned that they had contacted a qualified caregiver within ten minutes. She showed up right on time and did an outstanding job. I was extremely relieved and grateful.
